@Josh Farrer I've got another commitment tomorrow, however, how much do they charge at the SLREIA? I am planning on attending another one Thursday Night, it's hosted by the WAREIA.

Nathan: I actually started calling websites (based on a a google search "sell my house fast for cash"), got some buyers there. I am also planning on heading to the foreclosure auctions in a few weeks and getting to know other buyers at the REIAs. Best of Luck

Hello everyone!

Ed Montero here, I have some experience flipping houses in Salt Lake City, Utah. Got out of the market in 07 and worked as a property insurance adjuster for many years. Ready to take the plunge and start a wholesaling operation in the next few weeks.

My plans are to start wholesaling, then move on to fix and flips and/or buy and hold (once I get enough capital, I won’t invest using debt)

I came across the biggerpockets podcast and found sound advice. Seems like a great network to be a part of.
