Hello Everyone, My name is Edmond
I live in beautiful Huntington Beach, CA with my wonderful wife and two great daughters. I'm in the manufacturing industry and manage a machine shop in Los Angeles. I love what I do and would like to get into real estate investing while continuing with my current job.
I've got a little experience in real estate investing with one investment property under my belt. It's a single family home in Arizona that was a bad deal, purchased in 2007. I held onto it and its now cash flowing for me. I will be paying off all my debt in a few months (other then my main residents mortgage) and I'm now looking at getting back into real estate investing. I'm currently interested in buy and hold properties in the states of Indiana, Georgia, Arizona and Texas. I'm still researching and doing my homework to figure out whats the best fit for my family and I.
I joined bigger pockets to learn more about investing so I can make smart decisions and hoping that I'll meet some individuals that can guide me in the right direction.
