I use PayyourRent and I have my money within 2 business days. I'm very happy with their service. I used someone else before and it was horrible.

I like to know if it's beneficial or not to be a licensed real estate agent and at the same time be a real estate investor? Can it affect your purchasing power in anyway or is it considered unethical or illegal in the purchasing of property in certain situations? Thanks.

I'm a landlord in New York City with 4 units and wanted to know how landlords in NYC collect monthly payments from their tenants other than by mailing a check?
