Hi All; 

Looking at possibly purchasing my second property.   However, this one might be a property that I live in at some point in the future.  I love the property but a little hesitant on moving forward.  With whispers about an impending downturn in the economy I do know that I can't time the market.  So, what are your checklists and considerations you had before purchasing your second property?

Thanks Rodney! I'm just getting into investing.  I'll be using a bank.  

What is a good guideline % wise on a down payment?  If purchasing an investment property would you put more money in to get cash flow positive?  Does that even make sense?  

My previous meeting ran late and then I got distracted and completely missed it!  Any highlights you guys can share? Recordings?

I will make it for part of the event.
