To Detroit area landlords,

Have you experienced any changes in the cities rental registration process, and if so how has it impacted you and your properties?

@Drew Sygit I have several properties in the Detroit, MI area. And am looking to evict a tenant that has not been paying rent for some time, now that the moritoriums were lifted in late Aug.

Anyone have an Eviction Attorneys based in Michigan that they have worked with that they would recommend? Thanks!
