I am the seller. 

The home sales price is $600000

Buyer will be putting down $550,000

And wants us to carry $50,000 for a 3-year term, balloon payment at 5.25%

Would you charge a pre-pay penalty if paid before the 3 -year term?

Seller would be at 2nd position and would be a mortgage. We're hoping to finalize at 5.25%

In general, if a seller carries a loan for a three -year term for $ 50,000, what would be a good interest payment?
