Yes and I totally agree thats one of the reason Im selling it due to 2025 become the 100 years of the building, what do you suggest lower the price more?

Yes, thats true however all expenses the past year increase insurance, sewer, trash, electric and cleaning service. HOA in that area that are lower on price, are not keeping the building in good conditions as this one, numbers don't lie.

Im selling a Charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in the heart of Miami With a tenant already in place, this property is producing great income from day one. But got not visitor is the market slow? Is it better to take it out of the market or leave it until it sells?
