I live in Sweden where taxes are superhigh, not many benefits like 1031 exchange is active for investors, is it still worth investing without these benefits? Is there anyone that can guide me out here?

I happen to live in Sweden where 1031 exchanges does not exist, Is it even worth going into Real Estate without good tax benefits?
