Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $538,500
Cash invested: $26,850

Single family home that I will be looking to house hack. My partner and I will be living in one room and renting out the other 3 rooms.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Less risk and I am a newbie so I would like to learn as I go with how it's like to live and manage tenants

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found this deal on Zillow and not a whole lot of negotiation due to it being a new construction house

How did you finance this deal?

30 year conventional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I added a basement to this house and put a bedroom with a full bath
