I'm trying to focus on mostly cold calling or buying list but haven't had any luck. I used to do door knocking but it took to much timing and not a lot of return

I'm really struggling with lead generation this year I want to expand and get more leads but mostly all the avenues. I have taken have greatly failed. I tried online marketing company paid 5k for 2 months got 0 zeros leads, did lead mining for 8k got 0 leads and Rebogateway which was just outdated info. I am going back to my basic and doing bandit signs and propelio but I only get about 3 deals a month from those. Does any know a good place to get a list, which you're ACTUALLY using. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
