@Carlos Villalobos Yes, that is the book I’m reading. for price range I’m not quite sure. It all depends on what I can get approved for I think.

@Martin G. Thank you so much for that! I currently rent an apartment in Oregon. I am actually super interested in house hacking. My biggest struggle is finding a fourplex or even a multi family home for a price within my budget. I have money saved up, and if i were to use an FHA loan then I could easily make the down payment, but all of the multi family homes in my area go for like $500,000. That number is kind of intimidating. As well as I am not sure I would even qualify for a $500,00 loan. I make good income, but I've only worked at my job a year so i'm not sure that I could get a loan super easily.

I am looking to start real estate investing. Right now I am reading a book by Brandon Turner, which brought me to this website and forum. As a newbie, I am looking for any tips and advice that one could provide to help my journey in the real estate realm. Much appreciated!
