Great start off investment. I have it under contract offered to my parents but they can not get it right now. Its a 250 cash flow property.

David Roque and @Tim hello I am also new to biggerpockets but have some experience in real estate. Currently living in North County if either of you would like to discuss strategies. What I can bring to the table is knowledge of managing an apartment complex. Own one property here in California (primary res) but have two in Philadelphia.

Thank you @Dan Barli Well I have been talking to family and friends to build a network and get a buyers/sellers list. I started looking in east coast specific NJ, PA, and MA.

I am new to real estate investing but I have done property management duties. I live in California grew in in Philadelphia where my parents currently has property. Growing up I really didn't notice what my parents where up to until I started doing my own investing and found/ was recommended to biggerpockets. Real estate investing is my parents business but I would like to start fresh to create my own.
