Thank you for your info Gloria it definitely was helpful. Ive been doing my research here in manhattan new york.. And been trying to find a reasonable price. I went to the ny real estate licensing school an hour ago and they're charging 395 there for the basic real estate sales course. On groupon its cheaper for the same company but the manhattan location is sold out through groupon. On groupon it's 140 lol. Its ridiculous how these places get people for their money.

I dont know if online classes are easier than onsite

I'm curious to know how effective the online courses are and which sites or companies are best to choose from? Also can I use the same book for any real estate course ?
