No I’m sure it would sell for over 200k

but like someone mentioned it is a LLC I would be dealing with also wondering why he wouldn't do the same as I have planned it has to be something with the title

Maybe when it’s all said and done I go out losing 30,000

Hey I appreciate everyones input , but please don’t think I went in not knowing what an acre of land in that county is worth it’s running 7 -9 thousand dollars an acre the guy is selling the tax deed/ certificate for 1 thousand an acre but I’m wondering if I can track all parties down for the QT  I also called and one company said it could go all the way to 15,000$ for them to do it so at this point yeah I’m getting a bit nervous about putting money into it maybe the tax sale is void these are questions that I’m asking but not getting answers 

so for the record yes it would be profitable

That is true I have a hunting app ON X

they say surveyors use the same app it shows all property lines as well as name of current owner , acres pretty nice

That’s what I was hoping just don’t know why he is selling so cheap lol it’s just acreage no home or structure but land is selling more than 1k an acre I appreciate you taking time and responding
