Good morning everyone! Today feels like it's going to be a good day! Happy real estate investing everyone!

So I'm only a couple months into real estate investing. I'm asking all of you for help and advice. I'm asking all of you to name as many ways as you can to market yourself and build up your network base. I'm only twenty and am always looking for ways to find other investors and like minded people. Aside from the obvious facebook, BP, and meetups, anything else you guys are having luck with?
