Ed E. thank you for sharing your experience. Very much appreciated. This topic is of interest to me and was wondering if you could help out with a couple of follow-up questions: - did you have to evict any existing tenants? - did you run across any hidden liens? - from start to finish, how long did the process take? Finally, aside from the additional rehab costs for one of your investments, what (if any) were the biggest surprises from going through auction.com?
