Hello Everyone!

I am fairly new to the process of wholesaling and live in Florida which I plan to make my first and only focus to gain experience before building enough confidence to branch out to other states. If anyone can help me understand the rules and regulations that surround wholesaling in this state to avoid unnecessary errors, I'd greatly appreciate it. Any resources (websites, direct links, or otherwise) you feel would be beneficial to review on my own would be fantastic as well. Thank you in advance!
