Everything. What I am doing is buying Abandoned vacant properties mostly city properties 

I'm in the Louisville, Ky and I'm looking for a general contractor who does quality work. 

I can see the homes in the russell neighborhood going up in values once they get done with rehabbing beech terrace.  

What’s good I’m in the Louisville area myself. I’m trying to build a “BRAND”!

What is the good and the bad with Section 8? Why do section 8 and why not do section 8

I’m looking into investing in buy & holds in West Louisville and south Louisville. I just wanted to get some advice & thoughts on the areas.
