Seems very doable from the numbers, but I am not sure what ARV should be.

I am working on my first project, and I was wondering how reliable the information is on Zillow as far as sales prices, rents, forclosures and the like? Are there other sites which will have info that I can compare? Also how can you find out what comps are in the area?

Smaller end of things. I am looking at opportunities which produce good income without a tremendous burden on all ends. What has your experience been?

I am currently looking into multiunit as well as rehabs. I have time and I am looking for an income stream. All options are on the table for me right now.
