What are some good banks in Baltimore for refinancing when using BRRRR?

Thanks Tyrus Shivers Great point about break ins. You really have to vet your renters. Christmas and income tax is VERY important in the city. You'll stop receiving rent in sept-oct due to back to school and preparing for the holidays. Instead of catching their rent up they'll pay to get in a new rental when that tax check comes.

I'm a buy and hold in Baltimore. I've just closed on a property in 21229 and I'm excited about it. Remember it's not about where you would live but about that you are providing a nice place for someone that loves the area. Alan Charles Robert Carl

Check out @Nedcarey site. He has a list of local lenders. Go a search on his site and you'll find it.

@Ned Carey Just signed the papers on my first property. Keys in hand work to do. The title guy mentioned that the property would need to registered as a rental. What was he speaking of?

Gualter Amarelo I went on a section 8 inspection with my mentor for one of his properties and I had the opportunity to ask the inspector about the tank. She said as long as it's not in the way and is free of oil it can remain. Bradley Bogdan I also called BGE which is the gas and electric in the my area. They also said the same. They also mentioned that someone can come by to make sure it's fuel free.
