My name is Eric Castaneda from Los Angeles, CA. I'm 24 years old, turning 25 in October(damn I'm getting old! lol). My interest are investing in multi-family homes. I'm currently studying under David Lindhal who is amazing!

I'm also looking to network with fellow multi-family investors(possibly going in on deals together), commercial bankers, and commercial brokers. I have known about multi-familiy investing for a few years but now that I have learned and I'm currently learning about private money I'm moving forward and I'm excited!

Outside of my interest in real estate, I'm a public speaker, specifically on the topic of time management and productive. I also have written a book on time management and a general self-help book. I LOVE basketball, I have been playing since I was 8 or 9 years old and I still watch and play until this day.

Currently learning Spanish pero hablo un poco de Espanol. Una dia yo hablo mucho Espanol. I have been a Vegan for about a year and a half and and I have been juicing for that long also. I love it, my energy level is pretty awesome! Last but not least I'm starting to get into meditation so I'm excited about that also. Anyway, enough about me tell me about yourself!
