@Frank Hinck thank you for the reply but I was thinking about how I can flip the lots at the time but now I’m interested in buying raw land. How do I buy the land and subdivided into tax lots?

I’m interested in investing in land and I was wondering if buy lots in an established subdivision and selling to homebuyers and good investment?

And is there any books, courses, videos etc that I can get more information on the investment.
