Hello, I'm looking to do my first BRRRR will a conventional loan work for this strategy or do I have to use a hard money lender

Hello BP, what would be an ideal credit/fico score to be approved for a hard money lender will they pull my credit from all 3 credit bureaus or will they jus use one any help would be greatly appreciate

Thank u for responding Unfortunately I can’t get into the property due to covid19 but from the pictures it will need a lot of rehab work and the price reflects that so I’m assuming the worst with dealing w/this property thank u again
