@David Miller Thank you so much

Ok so I found out his Section 8 voucher is good for anywhere in NC. Why was I under the impression section 8 was city/town specific? And that he was limited to Raleigh. I clearly know nothing about section 8 lol.

Hi everyone Happy Holidays! I'm wondering if there are any section 8 landlords looking for a tenant. My uncle finally received his section 8 voucher and wants to find a 1or 2 bdrm. He is a section 8 landlord's dream tenant. Mid 50s I think, quiet, no kids, clean, no pets, pays rent on time(he is a smoker but will gladly smoke outside). He is what I consider to be socially awkward lol, very quiet man who keeps to himself. He is on a fixed income. He doesn't have a single friend in the city of raleigh. The only visitors he's likely to have is either me or my sister. Aside from getting a check every month you won't even know he's occupying your property. I am not exaggerating. You'll see for yourself if you ever meet him. He currently lives with my sister and she wants to let her daughter move in since she'll be graduating college soon. He hasn't even been looking for an apt and has to use his voucher by Dec 6th or he'll lose out. It's last minute but if anyone can help I appreciate it. In the meantime My sister is going to contact RHA to see if they'll grant him an extension thanks guys!

I could also use a recommendation for a good contractor. I am in the Union County Hillside area. I am new to wholesaling and would like to arrange for a contractor to walk the property with me to help assess repairs and to get estimates especially this being my first deal.
