Adrian S. I am looking for both in the Chicagoland area though. If I am ever in the market in Indiana however I will give you a buzz. Thanks for your reply.

Paul De Luca I already work with a Dionne Branch from EXP Realty. However I will definitely give both Michael & Jake a call. I am looking to network with as many Agents as I can so I can constantly have deals coming across my desk. Thanks for the suggestions!

I am looking to network with any Chicagoland based REI friendly agents and Contractors. I need as many as possible. What is the best way to find as many as possible and if anyone else has any ideas on a few, it would be great. Now do I need an agent in as many areas as I will b buying from, or can I work with 1 or 2 to buy properties from all over Chicagoland?

Hello everyone,

I recently attended a three day workshop for RE investing in which they were telling me quite a bit abiut real estate investing. I have already been very interested in involving myself with investing for a number of years now and definitely think now is the time to finally jump in. Now at this seminar they were trying to sell me a real estate mentor that woild show me step by step how to conquer my first deal successfully, only they wanted me to by a $40,000 program to do so. I don't have that type of money nor do I see spending it on their program when I could very well be using the same $40,000 to get some of my first deals completed. The problem is that I don't have an abundance of start up money and am lookong for funding to possibly purhase my first property. I was assured that anyone could become a real estate investor, so my question would be how do I best go about raising the capitol that it would take to complete my very first deal?
