I’m looking into self storage and want to hear from Experienced investors on how they got started. I’m really interested in the business model. 

@Jeffrey Knapp I’ve used sofi a few times I paid both loans off after refinancing properties I’d much rather take the credit it to get that 100k from SoFi each time because after you pay them off they’re willing to give you 100k each time and installment loans boost your credit pretty good. They’re super easy to work with 

@Tom S. gotcha I called them we have a local office where I live I’m looking for 100k for mY next deal if you don’t mind me asking how much did you get?

Sounds good, I’ve been a lot more active in the Utica market so the deals are there it depends on if you’d like to do anything out that way.  

 Ok if not add yourself again you might of got a 2 unit recently and some singles in Utica if you are ...i do have a 10 unit we are working on in the Pipeline in Utica right now too it’s a good time to take advantage of the growth out that way
