Thanks for the great advice. I'm still learning how to navigate BP. It's like a big ocean and I'm this tiny boat.

I'm just getting my feet wet don't have a clear picture of what my strategy is yet. I can sense REI is a big industry with potentials for everyone who is serious about it.

Congratulation on your first deal! I currently live in a townhouse with HOA fees. It's a pain, goes up every year and with the last two heavy snow winters, we are still paying monthly special assessments.

Thanks for your message. Glad to see you are from Edison:-) I have Edison on my watch list - multifamily would make more sense.

Northern NJ is just too expensive. There are sure good areas (like Bloomfield) to invest in North Jersey. But the taxes scare me.

Hello everyone

I have joined BP for about a month or so. Have been catching up on podcasts and forum postings. New to REI no experience in real estate other than bought a couple of houses to live in.

I'm grateful that I have found BP at the beginning of my potential real estate investment endeavor. I have learned a lot so far.

Big thanks to Josh and Brandon, your podcasts are awesome.

Living in central new jersey, I have researched NJ real estate market for a while. Almost everywhere you look, it's expensive with high tax.

Now my eyes are moving south to Cherry Hill, NJ and Philadelphia suburbs.

Would like to seek your insights in Philly area, either side of the state border.

Any input is much appreciated.
