Took me a few days to reply to this thread, because I was waiting until the next time I saw Joe, because I haven't used his services personally for this. He says he has lots of experience RE, and lots of connections as well.

You're welcome, Matthew. In Hillsboro, addition to employers Nike and Intel, there is also Tuality Hospital, some investment by OHSU, and now the new Kaiser medical center opening next week. Not sure if these medical providers are seeing more demand, or are just still locked in the continual death match to attract patients away from each other. My guess is, some of both.
