Good Morning, 

I am new to investing and am intent on making this my path to financial freedom and success. I currently own one townhouse and just bought a duplex with great cash flow and equity. I am currently in the military in Virginia but will be getting out and moving to western North Carolina at the end of the year. I am interested in multi family rentals and am looking to start in the mobile home business. My goal is to own a mobile home park or apartment complex in the near future and to never look back on working for someone else! Hey guys,

I am relatively new to investing (1 townhouse, 1 Duplex) and looking to get into mobile homes to get more bang for my buck in terms of cash flow. I recently read Deals on Wheels and am curious about the current SAFE act restrictions in place in NC. I will be moving to Asheville at the end of the year and need some advice on how to proceed.  Are we still able to owner finance as investors or is buying and renting in an investor friendly park our only option these days? Thanks in advance for any advice!
