Appreciate the insight @Thomas Goggin !  Thanks for responding.  Is there something specific as far as AI agents you'd recommend?  The one guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable, I really liked him, and mentioned how they reach out to legit, very local/relevant businesses to get the best backlinks for you which in his opinion help greatly.  I have a surface level understanding of this, but in your opinion, is this still something that could be accomplished by AI?  I asked him questions specifically as it related to AI and the future of SEO and how search will operate as a result, and listened to a podcast he did recently on the topic with another agency guy.   Do you think work done by AI agents will still rank well in google and not be seen as bogus?  Thanks in advance.

Hey all,  I've had a couple calls with some marketing agencies recently to optimize my website and manage my SEO to hopefully get my site ranking, both really seem great.  I'm in a relatively small, but hot/competitive/desirable market (close to a million population)  just curious as to what other investors are paying marketing agencies for similar service as far as SEO management/blog posts/backlinks etc.  Just looking for some further insight as I'm still trying to recoup and get back to break even from an expensive run of Facebook ads and just looking to spend as wisely as possible.  Even for SEO, 2-3k / month seems to be somewhat of a going rate.  I just don't really have the time or faith in myself to learn and do it at least to start, to hopefully get my site ranking quickly, I know there are plenty of resources otherwise.  Any insight appreciated, thanks all!

@Anna Watkins Hi Anna, I live in Wilmington, awesome REI area but definitely some savvy competition. Beautiful area, college town, and a lot of old money. Do you have anything available? If you come across a good deal in the area I can buy/move it quickly. Thanks!

@Braden C. Hey Braden, just trying to get started in wholesaling myself. Held a real estate license in Maryland and just moved back to North Carolina. I was originally planning on getting my NC license right away but it seems it could be a hindrance to your profit wholesaling. I know if you have your broker's license and your own shop it doesn't matter, but how does it work if you have your license hung with someone else? I just don't quite understand, if you assign a contract to another investor, wouldn't your wholesale fee be considered a commission that should be shared with your broker? Or is that only the case for houses listed on the MLS?
