Hey everyone,

Just graduated college last Spring moved to Baltimore to start my career in Finance. I’m also looking to enter the real estate game. When I moved here, I entered a 1yr lease which ends in June, so I’d like to find a property to house hack or find a small property to live in myself/renovate for equity with a supplemental cash flowing property nearby. Being new to Baltimore, I’m looking to avoid the tempting lucrative deals in the worse areas of Baltimore and accept more modest deals in the safer/nicer areas. Goals are to have 2-5 cash flowing properties by the end of 2017. I’ve been listening to the podcasts religiously at work and think it is time to just “jump in” as they say. Looking forward to meeting people and professionals in this community. Cheers!
