@Amy Aziz thanks that is not how I want to come off, but I also do not want to attempt a purchase that I cannot come back from so I will have to do my diligence.

@Edd Gilbert would you take an inspector with you, or do you hire an inspector after you get the site under contract? For best practices purposes. I ask because I know whenever you buy a used car they always say bring a mechanic with you to have a look at it before you purchase it. I am wondering if this needs the same effort. 

Tire Kicker? I've never heard the expression.

@Joe Splitrock is it a good success rate on getting it under contract before seeing the property in full I'm wondering. I see that there are other options, but I'll go view the property prior to buying that seems to be where the best outcome lies.

Thanks I know photos can be old but I figured I'd ask before attempting a purchase.

If you already seen the pictures of the property, do you have to view it physically at a open house before getting it under contract?
