owners/landlords I guess sorry about the lack of detail, the numbers seem pretty tight to me not quite what I'm used to I'm going to keep networking with some local investors maybe we can move it or do a hard money loan and go that route

i got a property under contract in houston yesterday, i started really checking the area out and cruising craigslist and noticed every post was buy a wholesaler, should i be weary of the area or is the market that hot right now?

huge brick house in missouri along with many others throughout the country, this house has everything needed to finish it already bought , would make a great rental in the area.
