Once I have my information Ill have to hire a home inspector (have that in the contract) and ask him a ballpark cost of repairs, then I would use these numbers to do my homework come up with a solid purchase price and make an offer, correct??

I found a few properties that need few and some many repairs. My question is what questions should I be asking the real estate agent and what answers should i be getting to know that the property is a potetial deal before I go and visit the property and make an offer, with of course upon inspection clause.

Well I found out there's a club in every other county in Fl except the one I live in. I live in melbourne which is a city that has blown up from nothing the last 8yrs. and the thing is I would love to network with other investors around this area, maybe yall would know of a club or association that I dont know about?? I dont understand, so you can buy a govt property at different stages of the game kind of like a foreclosure? and a tax lien is the first stages??

Has anybody bought govt reo in fl, the law is a little confusing.

I think its something like the owner defaults with the taxes and you come in and pay for them and after 2yrs you own the house if they have not paid the money back to along with some interest?? does this sound correct?

When you try to flip a house these are the people that bring the funds into your investment. You just cant get a regular mortgage for the junker your trying to fix up.

Just wondering how many people on this forum actually sell or ar thinking of selling products one ebay. I plan to sell car audio and video. they're a few e-commerce companies but most have a limited selection that are not wholesale enough to sell on ebay to begin with.
