Thanks for the great advice Glenn and James!
I'm still months away from starting my own investment since I'm just learning the ins and outs of real estate investment but I'll definitely take that advice to heart and keep an eye open for great deals.

Hey Glenn,

Thanks for the warm welcome! To be honest, I'm still deciding if I should start by renting out single-family homes then move on to selling fixer-uppers or just jump right to selling fixer-uppers. Ultimately, I would like to buy and sell fixer uppers. I'm a little tight on finances and my biggest dilemma right now is how I'm going to come up with my capital, any advice?

How is everybody doing? My name's Edsiaren (ed-sha-ren) Ignacio and I'm an Active Duty Military member based in Norfolk. I'm new to this community and I have zero experience in real estate.
