@Tyler Lawhorn I live in Fort Worth with my wife. We have family in Henderson and the barrier to entry is much lower out that way.

My wife and I live in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking at out-of-town investing, we have our eye on a few different markets through TX, however, I am starting my due diligence on some out-of-state cities as well. Anyone either local or familiar with Springfield MO that could shed some light?

@Ronnie Godfrey @Patrick Bartlett

Checking back on this thread a year later. Are both of you still active in East TX? I am looking at a few investments out that way. One in Kilgore, one in Marshall and one in Henderson.

@Nick Dunin @Tyler Lawhorn @Bryan Price
Following up on this post 10 months later.. Any updates? Still in the game? Will be in Longview and Kilgore and Henderson within the next week. Would be up to grab lunch or coffee if any of you are still in the real estate game in East TX.

Hey Luis, are you against investing out of town? I am struggling with the same issues here in DFW TX. Looking out of town and state.

Hey Brian! This is a great question. I am familiar with the process of commercial real estate where a CRM and management company is in place, usually receiving bank statements or deposit information from the bank through the online payment software. However, I am not familiar with smaller acquisitions. I am commenting to follow this thread in hopes of an answer! Have a great one!

@Account Closed Hi! Welcome in advance to DFW! Do you have an idea of where you will be putting most of your efforts into rentals within DFW?
