Can anyone give me some advice pros/cons on having a single family unit with a pool as a rental unit.

Any major headaches that come with that?

So I'm just starting like fresh as a new born baby. I work in the marine industry and get paid through my LLC for tax purposes etc. But I'm looking to buy my own house first for some where to live while I'm on rotation back from work. First question what's the best option for finding a lender if I have an LLC. Second question for much further down the line. Once I have my first home. Is it possible to leverage that home to buy a rental property through my LLC? Or would it be better to get a loan through the LLC itself?

Like I said just starting out. Looking in all kinds of directions. I'm still in the reading all the bigger pockets books and forums stage. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Constructive criticism is welcome also. Hope everyone is crushing it at the real estate game!
