I am sitting here waiting on the deadline to pass on an offer we put on our next deal. I told my wife lets put in a case a booze with the offer if it is accepted. She talked me out  of it, but I was wondering what is something that you have done or seen on accepted offers. With floods of offers coming in what is something that set you apart?

I have heard of deals like buy you pizza for 20 years. (I believe that was in Portland, Oregon)

Love to hear it!

I too would be interested in the specifics in the Tri. I am located just an hour away. Would love to go take a look at it.  If you would wish to send me an email go ahead and do that.

Thank You @Troy Zsofka! Our older homes have been the flip houses. We have kind of had a whirl wind of things happen. We bought our first home that was mostly all remodeled in 2005 and things had been gone trough in then the market crash. They had simple things left to finish and all landscaping to do. Very simple things for me with equipment to take care of. Sold it bought a rental and a another two year fixer. I mowed the yard at the fixer. Painted the interior for demo. My wife received a call and a person that was bidding on it against us originally offered us a fair price above what we paid. We say we basically wholesaled the place to him in 14 days. Then it turned to our "rental" that was going to be basic and now became our home until we can find ourselves another deal to be had.

On the shiny new things. We both still have our day jobs to take care of our needs. The money from real estate deals and the wife's commission checks are all getting  poured back into real estate and the Uncle Sam fund!

We are young and trying to push forward. Work hard now to play hard later right?

I am a pumpkin farmer who dabbles in real estate to maybe one day actually afford to farm. I am part of a two person team. I am the voice of reason and also the dreamer. My partner is also my life partner. She is the designer and our agent. I am the manual laborer. We are looking to flip to become buy and hold real estate investors. We are on our fourth place. We have done a live in hack for two years. Sold it and was able to by two more places. A flip and a rental that turned into our home. We have been drawn towards older homes that are in need of major TLC. We have concentrated our selves in the southern Willamette valley of Oregon. Would like to move up towards Wilsonville at some point. Feel free to contact always looking for opportunities or to just enjoy a cold beer.
