I am 21 years old and I want to be a real estate investor. I can not decide on what to major in college or if I even need to be in school. I am in the national guard and they are paying me to go to college. I am a sophomore and I am either going to major in accounting, finance or entrepreneurship. I don't know what would be more beneficial for what I am wanting to do or if I should even go at all. I have already bought my first property and am renting some rooms out to live rent free. Once I finish school, or quit, I plan on getting my real estate license. My girlfriend is about to finish as an interior design major and is going to get her general contracting license and we are going to work together flipping houses and buying rental properties.
