@Doug Spence

Thanks for the warm welcome as well and thank you for your continued service! I wish I got into the REI game while I was in like you, but better late than ever. I'd love to talk more about your experiences and connect with some wholesalers if you are willing to make the introduction!

@Nicholas Icard

Thank you for the warm welcome!

You're definitely right because from what I've seen just looking around on the MLS there is not much as far as multifamily. It makes it even harder because we are hoping to stay as close to South End as possible, ideally the Dilworth area (I know I'll have to pay a pretty penny for that).

A SFH that is a fixer upper with some forced equity potential would be fantastic if I can find one by June.

I’d love to connect and talk more about different options I may have or just real estate in general. Im trying to act like a sponge and take in whatever I can, whenever I can.

Hello All,

My name is Dylan and I am very new to real estate investing. I would consider myself in the "education" phase and am currently working to establish my first LLCs.

I am currently located in the Charlotte, NC area and am hoping to get started in wholesaling and find a multifamily house hack in Charlotte before next summer so I can stop renting and start putting my money towards something valuable.

A fun fact about me is I just got out of the Army after 4 years and will be starting a new job this month!

As my girlfriend always says I make plans for everything, and I have big plans for my real estate investing career. I would love to connect with anyone and talk about your real estate plans or goals, or just real estate in general.

I am beyond thrilled to have found this amazing (and free) platform of like minded people. Thank you for allowing me to join and I look forward to what the future holds for all of us!
