@Chelsea Thibeau

My friend Wyatt Dickinson at hignell property management is great! And I understand you being weary of Oroville because of its stigma but I’ve heard that there is a lot of reinvesting going on in that community right now. The owner of tong fong low is trying to bring the downtown area back to life

@Brian Garlington hey Brian. I had to clear some things up on my credit but am working with a lender that I have a close relationship with. He is local to my area in Chico Ca, has been in the industry for 20+ years, and his firm has investor friendly under writing.

@James Wise I appreciate that! I’m currently reading both of David Greenes’ books and have decided to look else where because of the 2% rule although I’m sure there are areas in CL that are still worthwhile investing in. Interested in hearing your perspective seeing as you are a local.

Debating in different areas to start investing in. I’’m really interested in Cleveland OH because of the pricing to purchase and seems like it cash flows well but I am open to other areas and real estate investing strategies. I’m going to start a cash out refinance with my mortgage lender and should have 200k cash to work with. My goal is to scale up rather quickly but I know I have a lot to learn especially since this would be out of state investing. I live in CA and although I know there are deals everywhere, I feel like I can scale faster starting out in other areas. Thank you in advance for your help and advise!
