Guys and Gals!!! I have been really starting to get serious about ways to finance my first deal. I do have an annuity through my job that I could take a loan out against. Has anyone done this and if so what was your experience? FYI I want to use this to put a down payment on a vacation rental in a near by city of Nashville,TN. And advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Looking to look for a good way to budget for utilities for a large commercial building. Is there a plug number per square ft? I’m new to analyzing properties and could use a nudge in the right direction. Most of the properties we are evaluating are in the Southern California area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
