Hello all I am looking for any and all contractor recommendations in the Ventura County area for a new property I just bought. This is my first property that needs cosmetic work. (Floors, paint, cabinets etc) Looking for a reliable contractor with good work at a reasonable price. Thanks in advance!

@Daniella Lamis awesome thank you for the info! That was my big thing in looking at new builds is the piece of mind knowing that any major fixes to the house are years down the road. I also like the sound of incentives from the builder. Thanks again appreciate it.

Young investor here looking to buy first rental property. I live in Southern California but am looking out in Arizona for price reasons here in my state. Was wondering the pros and cons of buying a new build? Is it a smart investment? Any advice helps. Thanks!
