Hi Jeremy!

I'm new to the BP community but been in Fort Worth for ~3 years. I'd recommend looking around the eagle-mt lake/saginaw area and benbrook. I just purchased my live-in rental that I plan to fully rent out in the eagle-mt/marine creek area and it's not only great for commanding fairly high rents, but the good schools drive a lot of good quality renters to the area as well (compared to other schools in the area). This is just my opinion, I hope to move on to my second home or a duplex in the Spring and will continue to look at these areas. I'm definitely interested in getting involved with flips since I have no experience with them, so if any of you get into one and need a helpful part time handy man and can share your experience then let me know!
