Hey Everyone - it's a pleasure to be here. If you take a look at my previous post, I am brand new to real estate investing, although I have had a great career in both the creative and technology industries in NYC.

I'm currently looking to purchase a single or multi family unit as a long term rental, and am exploring 4 markets - DFW being one of them.

After a healthy amount of research, I am ready to dive more into the area, and would love to first connect with realtors who have a lay of the land (no pun intended), or anyone else who has a few minutes to shed some advice on what you're seeing in the area.

Looking forward to connecting.

Dylan

Hey Everyone,

It's an absolute pleasure to be here. I'm currently based in New York City, and after watching a few friends enter into real estate from a few different angles, I started to dive into researching the industry recently.

I'm a 2x entrepreneur, building companies in both the creative and fintech space (as a side project I also created a non-profit during COVID to support the restaurant industry). Last year I took a step back from entrepreneurship and joined a tech startup in the blockchain space.

While I am still doing as much research as possible to develop my strategy, my current interest is in purchasing properties to buy and hold.

I am also exploring different markets, and so far, what's caught my eye has been Savannah, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

I'm looking forward to learning connecting with as many people as possible.

In the meantime, send me some tips I won't find in the "Investing in Real Estate 101" books!
