@Samuel Sedore, Comparing NPVs / IRRs of Real Assets to other market securities, determining correlations and valuing real assets with appraisal techniques are very intriguing to me! I have only learned basic methods of determining how to value different securities and comparing them to others, so right now, pretty much everything is interesting!

My name is Dylan, I am a student learning more about Real Estate and I am also a Junior Estimator for a Property Restoration Company that I have worked at, for the past 6 years.
