Hey everyone! I’ve been consuming more podcasts as fast as I can about owning more then the predetermined amount from a fanny may or Freddy mac style loan. But for some reason I’m still not fully clear on how to personally own or have more the 8-10 mortgages for rentals. It sounds like unconventional lending and partners seems to be my best bet but I would love some more input from the community! Feel free to message me because I’m here to learn and grow

thanks for reaching out. Being only 4 hours away from Myrtle Beach has always interested me especially in the rental market. But there have been some things about that state that mad me question on looking at anything down there.
