@David Wright Thanks David! I have been researching and on bigger pockets for over a year now and its time for me to choose the career path I want to take. I want to get my foot in the door now that I have had exposure to wholesaling I want to not just work individually but amongst a team and find a group of people that can take me in and learn even more. I just want to network my way in and find a company or someone that wants to work with me so we can make this happen together.

Gabe Amedee yeah I’m aware. Last time my post got taken down since I gave too much information so I wasn’t trying to do that. And I’m trying to start off in “fix and flip” so I’m hoping to find a mentor I can work under right now.

Hey Guys! My name is Dylan and I live in Chandler, Arizona. I am currently going into senior year at the University of Arizona. The reason I am posting this is because I was wondering if someone would not mind taking on a intern for the summer, or perhaps know of any sort of investment firm I can intern for? I am a beginner trying to get into real estate earlier before I graduate to better understand and obtain some experience before Real Estate is my main focus. Im trying to start with wholesaling as I have learned that would be the best place to start as a beginner. Hello I was wondering if anyone here knows of a firm or a private real estate investor that would not mind taking on a intern? I am going to be entering senior year of college and my major is Economics but I want to start early and gain some real life experience first before submerging fully into Real Estate. I want to start as a wholesaler potentially since I feel like as a beginner this would be the right option for me. Ken Min thanks for the advice Ken! Im really interested in buy & hold as well as fix & flip. I want to start in my local area and the suburbs of the Phoenix area. Starting out As a college feel like wholesale would be the best route to take and as I further gain experience I can move into buy and hold as well.
