Hey Everyone! I was curious if anyone has either (a) a good tax resource for house hackers and/or (b) a good recommendation for an accountant familiar with Short Term Renting and house hacking.

I currently house hack via Airbnb in the VHCOL SF Bay Area. We've got various permutations of our place listed and rented out, which makes it a little more complicated to attribute our utilities, expenses, capital expenditures (painting, deck repair, roof repair), etc. between personal and business use. I'm trying to figure out a good system for attributing these expenses and wondering if anyone else is in the same boat or knows an accountant with familiarity here. Would love to hear people's thoughts!
