I'm looking for a mortgage broker who can close deals in the state of ct. For conventional and non-conventional loans. I presently recieve leads ever other day. Is there anybody who wants some of the action!!

yes, for about 2 years now so what do want to know its the secondary market of real estate which is basicly the mortgages which has appreciate of the years. This allow people to sell the equity of the house for a discount price instead of waiting to sell the property.
